What this policy covers

This policy covers www.mylayr.com and the pages on it, including the CaseAccept product page and the demo request form. It does not cover the CaseAccept product itself, which is governed by the agreement each customer signs with us.

Please don’t send patient information through this website. The demo form is for arranging a conversation, not for sharing protected health information.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect what you type into the form:

First and last name and work email (required)
Organization, job title and number of locations (optional)
What you would like to improve, and any message you write (optional)
The page you sent the form from, and the time you sent it

When you visit any page, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. When you send the form, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit spam.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we don’t set cookies of our own.

Two services from other companies run on this site:

Vercel BotID protects the demo form from spam. When you send the form, it runs a short, invisible check in your browser that looks at signals about your device and browser to tell people from automated bots.
Google Fonts serves the site’s typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before it goes live.

How we use your information

To reply to your demo request and arrange a conversation
To understand your organization’s needs before we speak
To keep the website and form secure, and to block spam and abuse
To meet legal obligations

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, under their own security and privacy terms:

Vercel, which hosts the website, runs the code that receives the demo form and provides BotID spam protection
Neon, which hosts the database where demo requests are stored
Microsoft, whose Teams service notifies our team of new demo requests
Google, which provides Google Fonts

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to follow up and maintain our relationship with you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing contact@mylayr.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We won’t treat you differently for exercising them.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and demo requests are stored in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Our Security Policy explains how to report a vulnerability.

Children

This website is for dental and business professionals. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
